More than just a music competition, Kerala Underground is positioned as a cultural movement that highlights self-expression, storytelling, and the unique experiences that shape Kerala’s emerging rap scene.
Auditions in Kochi on June 30
Aspiring rappers and hip-hop performers from across Kerala can participate in the auditions scheduled to be held in Kochi on 30 June 2026. Selected contestants will earn a place among the show’s Top 10 artists and compete for the title of Kerala’s ultimate underground champion.
Star Mentors to Guide Contestants
The show brings together some of the most influential names in Kerala’s hip-hop community as mentors and groomers:
- Dabzee
- MC Couper
- Imbachi
- Parimal Shais
Popular presenter Aathira Rajeev will host the series.
Through a combination of performances, challenges, mentorship sessions, and eliminations, contestants will be guided through a transformative artistic journey while developing their own identity as performers.
