Surya TV Purchased Uncle Movie Satellite rights
Leading malayalam gec purchased satellite rights of two mammootty movies, Abrahaminte Santhathikal and Uncle Movie rights with them. The Great Father was the last movie purchased by surya tv and now they got two mega star movies rights. Uncle will be the next theatrical release for mammootty, his recenet release parole getting mixed reviews all over.
Mammootty playing the role of Krishnakumar Menon in uncle film, it’s written by Joy mathew. Yatra (telugu movie YSR biopic), Peranbu (tamil movie) , Oru Kuttanadan Blog, Maamaankam, Abrahaminte Santhathikal are some of the upcoming projects of mammootty.
Cast and Crew
Gireesh Damodar is the director of the movie, he assisted Renjith, M padmakumar etc. Once again mamootty introducing a new director to mollywood. Uncle, My Dad’s Friend is the tagline of the film, this will be joy mathew’s next fater award winning Shutter. The film revolving around a girl and her uncle , it’s telling a social subject. Mammootty, Karthika Muraleedharan etc are in the star cast of this film.
we can expect Uncle Movie in surya tv’s onam 2018 premier list. Street Lights with Asianet, Masterpiece With mazhavil manorama are some of the recent films of mammootty. Pullikkaran Staraa, Puthen Panam etc sold to Asianet channel.

Abrahaminte Santhathikal is another movie purchased by Surya tv, they confirmed this through official facebook page. Mammootty playing the role of police officer, Derick Abraham in this film. It’s Directed by Shaji Padoor and written by Haneef Adeni. Abrahaminte Santhathikal will soon hit theaters during Eid, Mohanlal’s Neerali also scheduled for the season.
Surya tv recently purchased some films like Orayiram kinakkalal, Kuttanadan marppappa etc. we have posted that surya tv bagged mohanalal movie Neerali rights. They are now mainly concentrating on new films, we can expect the television premiers these films soon.
