Felt sad to see so many well known talented persons [ some are Ganamela singers and other TV and professional singers ] battle in the First Audition at the venue with the non-professional first timers.
Such peoples should not be allowed to participate in such contests.
This contest is for normal sada peoples.
No, it is not a problem. Take it as a challenge to compete with professionals. Only one thing is to practice as many songs very well as we can and try our best in the competition. Think in a positive way…..

You are correct Gopi. The audition, which I also took part in, seems a mockery! Hardly one minute was spent for each person.They were given a number tag & asked to stay in a circle ear marked for the purpose, & asked to face the video camera. There was not even a book-stand to keep the song books. I felt like a jailed culprit whose picture was being taken.THEY GAVE MORE IMPORTANCE TO TAKING THE VIDEO than putting the candidate at ease and make him/her sing, atleast the pallavi & one anupallavi.There was no support of even a “sruti box”! Obviously, the so called audition judges wanted to rush &” finish” as many candidates as possible!Where they paid in terms of the number of candidates interviewed, one wonders.

I got selection in final audition at Ernakulam… its about to telecast now i still dint received any calll from surya tv. Any idea on the starting of the show….
will there be any announcements about the extended auditions ?
