Reports indicate that SonyLIV has acquired the streaming rights, with the film expected to be available for viewing by the end of December or the first week of January. In the meantime, another Mammootty film, Dominic and the Ladies’ Purse, which faced delays in its OTT release, has finally made its way to ZEE5, adding to the excitement for fans.
The screenplay of Kalamkaval, crafted by Jishnu Sreekumar and Jithin K. Jose, marks the seventh production under the Mammootty Kampany banner. The film was distributed across Kerala by Wayfarer Films, while Truth Global Films handled its overseas distribution. Drawing inspiration from the notorious Cyanide Mohan case, Kalamkaval has captivated audiences with its gripping narrative, maintaining a thrilling pace that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats from beginning to end.
