Bollywood star Harshali Malhotra is playing the lead role in blockbuster Telugu director Boyapati Srinu’s film “Akhanda 2: Thandavam“, which stars superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead. Harshali Malhotra, who shone as a child star in the blockbuster Bollywood film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, is playing a key role in ‘Akhanda 2: Thandavam’.

The name of the character played by Harshali in the film is Janani. The character poster of Harshali’s film was also released along with it. The teaser of the film was released last month on the occasion of Balakrishna’s birthday celebration. “Akhanda 2: Thandavam”, the fourth film in which the Boyapati Srinu – Nandamuri Balakrishna team has come together, is a sequel to their previous film Akhanda. The film, produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the banner 14 Reels Plus, features M Tejaswini Nandamuri.

Harshali’s character is introduced in the poster with the caption ‘Angel’s smile and a heart like gold’. The teaser of the film showed that the second part is made with more action and drama than the first part. The film will be released globally on September 25, 2025, during Dussehra. Balakrishna’s character will be seen in the film as a mass avatar of Lord Shiva in a fierce form. Samyuktha Menon is the heroine of the film. Aadi Pinnisetti plays the villain in the film, which is being made as a pan-Indian film on a huge budget.
