Blockbuster Telugu director Boyapati Srinu – Nandamuri Balakrishna’s team reunites for “Akhanda 2: Thandavam” teaser out. The teaser was released on the occasion of Balakrishna’s birthday celebration. The fourth film in which the duo will be together, “Akhanda 2: Thandavam”, is a sequel to their previous film Akhanda.

The film is produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the banner of 14 Reels Plus and is presented by M Tejaswini Nandamuri. The teaser of the film indicates that the second part is made with more action and drama than the first part. The film will be released globally on September 25, 2025, for Dussehra.
The teaser features the character of Balakrishna, who is depicted as an embodiment of Lord Shiva in the snowy Himalayas, wielding a trident in a fierce form and killing evil forces. The film’s stunning fight scenes were created under the supervision of famous fight directors Ram-Lakshman. The background music composed by Thaman has added to the intensity of the teaser. Aadi Pinnisetti plays the villain in the film, which plays the joint heroine. “Akhanda 2: Thandavam” will be released as a pan-Indian film.
