Balakrishna’s 111th film was officially announced ahead of his birthday, which falls on June 10. This is the film where the Nandamuri Balakrishna-Gopichand Malineni team reunites after the blockbuster film ‘Veerasimha Reddy’. ‘NBK111’ is a big budget film produced by Venkata Sathish Kilaru under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas, along with the pan-Indian film ‘Peddhi‘.
The announcement poster features a fierce image of an enraged lion. Half of its face is covered with a metal shield. The rest of its face is open and remains wild. The image in the poster symbolizes the intense duality and wild strength of the character Balakrishna is going to portray in this film.
Known for his expertise in mass and commercial entertainers, director Gopichand Malineni is also known for his historical epic film. Through an epic story that combines glory, history and big action, the director is preparing a never-before-seen avatar of Balakrishna through this film. The script, which is described as powerful and unique, is currently in the final stages of pre-production. The rest of the cast and technical team of the film will be announced later.
