Flipkart and Netflix have joined hands for a new activation titled ‘Entertainment Ka Pardah’, transforming the familiar neighbourhood window into a creative gateway to entertainment. Developed in partnership with creative agency Talented, the campaign highlights Flipkart’s offering through which customers can unlock a monthly Netflix membership with their Flipkart orders.
The campaign takes inspiration from a familiar neighbourhood habit — people casually observing what is happening through someone else’s window. Instead of treating this curiosity simply as window-watching, Entertainment Ka Pardah turns it into the central idea of a humorous brand campaign.

Flipkart and Netflix Partnership
At the centre of Entertainment Ka Pardah is the partnership between Flipkart and Netflix.
The activation promotes an offering where customers can unlock a monthly Netflix membership with their Flipkart orders, connecting online shopping with digital entertainment.
Rather than presenting the partnership through a conventional promotional campaign, the creative team has used an everyday cultural observation as its starting point.
The idea is that entertainment can sometimes be found simply by watching the activity happening around us — including what curious neighbours can see through nearby windows.
Curtains Become the Centre of Entertainment Ka Pardah
The pardah, or curtain, plays two roles in the campaign.
For people inside a home, curtains provide privacy. For curious neighbours outside, however, the same curtain becomes a signal directing them towards another source of entertainment — Netflix.
This contrast between privacy and entertainment forms the foundation of the activation.
The curtain design itself incorporates the visual identities of both brands. Inspired by Netflix’s signature red streams, the campaign uses curtains in Netflix red and Flipkart blue.
The specially designed curtains are planned to appear across buildings in Indian cities as part of the campaign activation.
From Neighbour’s Window to Netflix
The campaign film develops the concept through humour.
It treats a window almost like a television screen, with neighbourhood window-watching becoming an entertainment experience of its own. The creative approach deliberately plays with the awkward but familiar experience of realising that someone nearby may be watching what is happening inside.
According to the campaign team, the idea was to approach this behaviour with deadpan humour and treat window-watching as though it were an entirely normal form of entertainment.
That concept ultimately connects back to Netflix — offering viewers something else to watch instead.
Entertainment Is Everywhere
Pratik Shetty, Head of Growth and Marketing at Flipkart, explained that the campaign was developed around the observation that people increasingly look for entertainment in everything around them.
That insight was then connected with the Flipkart and Netflix partnership, highlighting the availability of a monthly Netflix membership through eligible Flipkart orders.
Instead of focusing solely on the transactional aspect of the offering, Entertainment Ka Pardah builds a broader entertainment narrative around it.

The Netflix-inspired red streams were adapted into curtains carrying Netflix red and Flipkart blue, allowing the physical activation to visually represent both companies.
Entertainment Ka Pardah Across Indian Cities
The campaign is designed to move beyond its film and become a physical activation across buildings in Indian cities.
By placing the specially designed curtains in real neighbourhood environments, Flipkart and Netflix are taking the campaign’s central idea directly to the setting that inspired it.
Entertainment Ka Pardah therefore combines e-commerce, OTT entertainment, humour and an everyday neighbourhood behaviour to promote the Flipkart-Netflix partnership through a distinctive real-world activation.
