The teaser of “Akhanda 2: Thandavam“, directed by Boyapathy Srinu and starring Telugu superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna, is out. The film is set to release globally on December 5, 2025. “Akhanda 2: Thandavam”, the fourth film to feature the Boyapathy Srinu – Nandamuri Balakrishna team, is a sequel to their previous film ‘Akhanda’. The film, produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the banner 14 Reels Plus, is presented by M Tejaswini Nandamuri.
The trailer of the film was released earlier and garnered huge audience attention. The trailer, teaser and the Blasting Roar video of the film, which was released earlier, show that the second part is made with more action, drama and emotion than the first part.
These also show that along with action and drama, storylines related to Sanatana Hindu Dharma are also part of the film’s storyline. Nandamuri Balakrishna appears in two different getups in this film. The teaser that has just been released indicates that his punchy dialogues and spectacular action will be the highlight of the film. Balakrishna’s main character is played by a strong Aghori monk with divine powers in the film.
The songs in the film have also already become super hits. Malayalam actress Samyuktha Menon is the heroine of the film. Aadi Pinnisetti plays the villain in the film, which is being made as a pan-Indian film on a huge budget. Bollywood stars Harshali Malhotra, Kabir Singh, and Achyut Kumar are also in the star cast of the film. The film will be released globally in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.
