The new service currently brings together more than 200 live TV channels from major broadcast networks, while Vzy’s existing streaming portfolio offers access to 29+ OTT platforms. The platform is designed around a unified entertainment experience where users can move between traditional live television and on-demand streaming without switching between multiple apps.

The introduction of Linear TV Streaming reflects the changing viewing habits of Indian households, where consumers increasingly move between live television, OTT content and free entertainment depending on what they want to watch.
Instead of positioning traditional television and OTT as competing formats, Vzy is building its service around a TV + OTT + free content approach.
Its live television lineup includes more than 200 channels from broadcast networks including JioStar, Sony Pictures Networks India, Warner Bros. Discovery India, Zee Entertainment and others. The lineup covers national and regional entertainment across multiple languages and genres.
Vzy Plans and Pricing
Vzy has announced separate starting prices for its Linear TV and OTT offerings. Combined packages bringing live television and OTT services together are also planned.

Vzy’s Linear TV experience retains several familiar elements of conventional television. These include an Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), channel numbers and TV-style navigation, making the transition to streaming easier for viewers accustomed to regular television.
At the same time, the OTT section follows the on-demand experience commonly used by streaming audiences.
The Vzy app can also function as a remote-style control surface, designed to make navigation on connected televisions more intuitive.
