The song was sung by Ravi Shankar and Sonia Amod to the unforgettable tune of M.K. Arjunan Master. The lyrics were written by Padmashri Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri in Malayalam and Naveen Bharathi in Tamil. The talented Ritesh and National Award winner Surabhi Lakshmi have acted in the song. ‘Veera Vanakkam’ is the second part of the Malayalam film ‘Vasanthamthin Kanalvazhigal’ directed by Anil V. Nagendran. Some parts of the first film are shown as flashbacks in ‘Veera Vanakkam’. At the age of 94, The character played by P.K Medini is unforgettable.
