Suriya 47, directed by Malayalam director Jithu Madhavan and starring Tamil superstar Suriya in the lead, began with a pooja ceremony in Chennai. The film is produced by actress Jyothika under the banner of Jhagaram Studios. The film’s crew and main stars attended the pooja ceremony. Apart from Suriya, Malayalam actor Nazlan also plays a crucial role in the film, which also stars Nazriya Nazim.
The music for the film is composed by Malayalam music director Sushin Shyam. Apart from the crew of the film, actors Karthi, Rajasekhar Pandian (2D Entertainment), SR Prakash, SR Prabhu (Dream Warrior Pictures), also attended the pooja ceremony and wished the film success.
