Sony Yay Malayalam Kids Channel from Sony Pictures Networks
Finally kochu tv getting an opponent , sony yay malayalam feed will start very soon. sony pictures networks already starts the test feed for latest malayalam cartoon channel. sony yay celebrating it’s first birthday on 18th april, it’s replaced by Animax. Non Stop Mazzyay is the tagline of the channel, and now malayalam feed available through leading cable/ dth networks.
This is sony’s second move in malayalam, sony pictures recently decided to enter mollywood through prithviraj productions. Prithviraj’s production house collaborates with Sony Pictures and their first production started filming.

Malayalam Kids Channel
Sun network’s Kochu tv is the only malayalam kids channels, during vacation time kochu tv getting record trp ratings. carton network, pogo, nick etc and other kids channels getting decent share from kerala. Sony Yay started testing it’s Bengali, Malayalam feeds. The channels is presently available in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu feeds. This is big time for keralites, biggies are coming to malayalam market.
Zee Malayalam, colors malayalam are other channels planning to launch very soon. Sony TV, SAB TV, Sony Pal, Sony MAX, Sony Aath, Sony Wah, Sony PIX, Sony MIX, Sony ROX, Sony SIX, Sony ESPN are the channels from this network.

Sony yay mainly aiming children and airing kids/cartoon content. after kochu tv, kerala kids getting another dedicated channel for them. this will be a visual treat to the kids, we can expect it soon. it may be in april or may, wait here for more about sony yay channel.
