The trailer of Suriya’s much-awaited film Retro, which is eagerly awaited by audiences all over the world, was released today. The trailer was released at a star-studded event held at the Nehru Stadium in Chennai. The trailer assures that Retro will be a strong comeback film for Suriya. The trailer of Retro has been edited by Malayalis’ favorite Alphonse Putran. The trailer indicates that the film will feature brilliant performances by Malayalis stars Joju George, Jayaram, Sujith Shankar and Swasika along with Suriya. Retro will be released in theaters worldwide on May 1.

The Kerala distribution rights of Suriya’s film Retro, directed by Karthik Subbaraj, were acquired by Wyke Maryland, headed by Senthil Subramanian, grandson of Malayalam’s immortal producer P. Subramanian, for a record distribution fee. Pooja Hegde is the heroine of Retro, which also stars Joju George and Jayaram, the favorite stars of the Malayalam audience, Nassar, Prakash Raj, Karunakaran, Vidya Shankar, Tamil and many other stars are playing the main roles.
