Ottamaram revolves around an elderly couple, Ravi and Bharathi, who have been living separately to accommodate the needs and commitments of their children.
The Malayalam film is written and directed by Benoy Veloor, with Babu Nampoothiri, Kaillash and Neena Kurup appearing in the lead roles. The movie was produced under the banner of Sooryaa Event Team.

Latest Malayalam OTT Releases in August
Ottamaram and Kenjira join a busy month for Malayalam content across streaming platforms. Several movies arrived on ManoramaMax, JioHotstar, Sun NXT, Saina Play and other OTT services during August.
Among the month’s releases, Uyir arrived on JioHotstar on August 4, while Sathyathil Sambhavichathu started streaming on Sun NXT on August 7. ManoramaMax added Pongala and Swasam on the same date.
Kattalan followed on ManoramaMax on August 13. Aroopi became available across ManoramaMax, Prime Video, Simply South and Lions Gate Play on August 14, while Envazhi Thanivazhi was released through Hungama OTT, Airtel Xstream, Tata Play Binge and Watcho OTT.
ManoramaMax added Amoeba on August 21. Pluto arrived on Saina Play on August 24, followed by I Nobody on JioHotstar on August 25 and Lurk on Sun NXT on August 26.
August 28 brought another set of releases, with Ankam Attahasam streaming on Sun NXT and Ottamaram and Kenjira joining ManoramaMax.
