The announcement video of Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films’ film “Lokah Chapter 2 (Lokha2) ” has crossed 5 million views on YouTube. The announcement video, which was released a few days ago, is receiving an enthusiastic response from the audience. The second part was announced through a very interesting conversation between Tovino Thomas, who will be playing the lead role in Lokah Chapter 2, and Dulquer Salmaan, who will be making a crucial cameo in the film.

‘Lokah Chapter One Chandra’, which starred Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the lead roles, had become an all-time blockbuster in Malayalam. This big budget film, written and directed by Dominic Arun, was the first film in a five-part fantasy cinematic universe.
‘Lokah Chapter 2’, starring Tovino Thomas, is the second film in this universe. Tovino played the role of Michael in the first part, in a guest role. Tovino’s character Michael has been created in this universe, inspired by the legend of Chathan. Dulquer appeared as a guest star in the first part as the character Charlie. Charlie was created based on the guest character Odiyan. Mammootty will also be a strong presence in this cinematic universe as a character called Moothon.
‘Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra’, which is being screened on 275 screens in its fifth week, is now on track to collect a global gross of 280 crores. The film has also become a new industry hit in Malayalam. Apart from Malayalam, the film, which became a huge hit in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada languages, has also become a pan-Indian hit and has become the highest-grossing Malayalam film in India. This film is inspired by the legendary story of Kalliyankattu Neeli, which is part of Kerala’s history. Chandu Salimkumar, Arun Kurian, Sarath Sabha and Nishant Sagar are also in the star cast of the film. The film was distributed in Kerala by Wayfarer Films.
