The first song from director Krishand’s new film “Masthishka Maranam (A Frankenbiting of Simon’s Memories)” is out. The music for the song, which has been released with the lyrics “Komala Thamara”, has been composed by Varkey. The song has been sung by Pranavam Sasi. Additional vocals for the song sung by Andre Rap are by Anil Lal. The film is being produced by Vinayaka Ajith under the banner of Ajith Vinayaka Films. The full title of the film is “Mastishka Muram- A Frankenbiting of Simon’s Memories”.
Written and directed by Krishand after the critically acclaimed films Aavasavyuham and Purusha Pretham, this film is also a science fiction film in which Ajith Vinayaka Films and Krishand Films have come together after the film ‘Gaganachari’. It is a science fiction investigation comedy film set in the year 2046. The film is set in the backdrop of the city of Kochi (Neo Kochi) in 2046.
The song “Komala Thamara” was choreographed by the Dancing Ninja team. Dancing Ninja is a choreography team that has gained a lot of attention for choreographing hit songs like ‘Baby Baby’ from the film Painkili, ‘Durooha Mandahasame’ from Sookshmadarshini, and ‘Tharalitha Yamam’ from The Pet Detective. This is also the first song that actress Rejisha Vijayan will dance to. The shooting of the second part of this film, which creates a different story world like that of films like Loka and Blade Runner, will begin in July this year. The film has been made in a way that places great importance on VFX.
The film stars Rajisha Vijayan, Niranj Maniyan Pillai Raju, Jagadish, Suresh Krishna, Nandu, Divya Prabha, Ann Jameela Saleem, Shanthi Balachandran, Vishnu Agasthya, Shambhu, Sai Gayathri, Sreenath Babu, Manoj Kana, Shins Shan, Mithun Venugopal, Sachin Joseph, Ashley Isaac, Anoop Mohandas, and Jain Andrews in pivotal roles, while actor Sanju Sivaram also makes a guest appearance. The teaser of the film is currently being screened in theaters. Saregama has acquired the music rights of the film. Sooraj Santhosh, Indulekha, Jemaima Fejo, and MC Cooper are part of other songs in the film. The film will be released in February.
