Prime Video has officially announced June 12 as the exclusive worldwide streaming premiere date for the Tamil blockbuster Karuppu. Following its phenomenal theatrical success, the fantasy action drama starring Suriya will be available to stream in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
Directed by RJ Balaji, Karuppu is produced by S R Prakashbabu and S R Prabhu under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures, with music composed by Sai Abhyankkar. The film features Suriya, RJ Balaji, Trisha Krishnan, and Indrans in lead roles.
Prime Video confirmed that Karuppu will stream in Tamil along with dubbed versions in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu, where the film will be available under the title Veerabhadrudu.

Karuppu Story
Karuppu follows Vettai Karuppu, a guardian deity who takes human form as a lawyer to fight corruption within a court system that exploits ordinary people. Blending mythology, courtroom drama, action, and contemporary social themes, the film emerged as one of the biggest Tamil hits of the year and delivered a record-breaking performance at the box office.

Announcing the premiere, Prime Video stated that Karuppu joins the platform’s blockbuster entertainment lineup and will be available for audiences across India and worldwide from June 12.
