Telugu superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming action entertainer with director Gopichand Malineni has been officially titled Dada. The makers have unveiled the title glimpse along with a new poster and confirmed that the film will have its worldwide theatrical release on December 24, 2026, as a Christmas release.
Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas, Dada reunites Nandamuri Balakrishna and Gopichand Malineni after their blockbuster collaboration Veera Simha Reddy. Kajal Aggarwal plays the female lead, while Manchu Manoj appears in another important role.

NBK’s Dada Title Glimpse Released
Along with the announcement of the title, the makers released a mass glimpse video and poster from Dada, presenting Nandamuri Balakrishna in a stylish mass avatar.
The new poster features Balakrishna wearing a stylish jacket, sunglasses and a gold chain, presenting a powerful look designed around the film’s action-oriented character.
The glimpse is further elevated by S. Thaman’s background score and a powerful punch dialogue delivered by Balakrishna.
Nandamuri Balakrishna and Gopichand Malineni Reunite
Dada marks another collaboration between Nandamuri Balakrishna and Gopichand Malineni following Veera Simha Reddy.
Known for his mass and commercial entertainers, Gopichand Malineni is bringing together grandeur, history and large-scale action for the new film. The makers are positioning the project around a previously unseen presentation of Balakrishna.
The film also brings Kajal Aggarwal opposite Balakrishna, while Manchu Manoj has been cast in another significant role.
Dada to Release for Christmas 2026
The makers have selected the Christmas season for the film’s theatrical arrival. Dada will release worldwide on December 24, 2026, giving the NBK starrer a major festive release window.
With the title, first mass glimpse and worldwide release date now revealed, the promotional campaign for the film has officially moved into its next phase.

The post-theatrical streaming rights of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Dada have been secured by ZEE5. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the big-budget action entertainer is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on December 24, 2026.
The NBK starrer features Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead, with Manchu Manoj in another important role. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, Dada will arrive on ZEE5 after completing its theatrical run. The OTT premiere date is yet to be announced.
