The multi-starrer film ‘Athiradi’ starring Basil Joseph, Tovino Thomas and Vineeth Sreenivasan in the lead roles has completed censoring. The film has received a clean U certificate. The film is reported to have a runtime of 2 hours and 38 minutes. The film will hit the theatres globally on May 14, 2026. The film, which is set to be a mass comedy campus action entertainer, is being produced by Dr. Ananthu S under the banner of Ananthu Entertainments and Basil Joseph under the banner of Basil Joseph Entertainments. The film is directed by debutant Arun Anirudhan. Director and cinematographer Sameer Thahir and Tovino Thomas are the co-producers of the film.
All the songs released from the film have already garnered great attention. The first song “Thedi Vedakaloru Theneecha” and the second song “Patti Show” received great attention from the audience.
