Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films has emerged as one of the biggest winners among Malayalam film distributors at the 72nd National Film Awards, with four National Awards going to films distributed by the company in Kerala.

Another major winner was Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD, which received two National Awards – Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment and Best Production Design. Nitin Zihani Choudhary was recognised with the award for Best Production Design, celebrating the film’s spectacular visual world and artistic excellence.
