Mehfil

The story draws inspiration from the life of Mullassery Rajagopal of Kozhikode. While director Ranjith had earlier based Mohanlal’s Mangalassery Neelakandan in Devasuram on aspects of Mullassery Rajagopal’s life, Jayaraj approaches the subject from a different perspective in Mehfil, presenting a heart-warming Mehfil night from his life.
Kadhikan
