The makers of Sambarala Yeti Gattu have officially announced that the film will release worldwide on 12 January 2027. The Sankranti release positions the Sai Durgha Tej starrer as a major festive theatrical attraction.
A striking new poster was also unveiled with the announcement. Sai Durgha Tej appears in an intense mass avatar, reflecting the large-scale action and period setting of the movie.

The entire shooting schedule of SYG – Sambarala Yeti Gattu has been completed, and the film has entered post-production.
A major portion of the final schedule was filmed in Hyderabad in June. The team mounted an elaborate climax sequence as one of the biggest highlights of the production.
Around ₹20 crore was reportedly spent on filming the climax alone, underlining the scale on which the makers have approached the action spectacle.
The climax schedule extended for approximately 35 days and featured 18 major action blocks designed by renowned stunt director Kevin Master.

Sai Durgha Tej has undergone a significant physical transformation for his character in Sambarala Yeti Gattu. The role is described as one of the most physically demanding characters of his career.
