Lukman Avaran Latest Film Athi Bheekara Kaamukan In Cinemas From 14 November
‘Athi Bheekara Kaamukan’, starring Lukman and Drishya Raghunath in the lead roles, is set to release tomorrow. The latest news circulating on social media is that Tovino Thomas will also be playing an important role in the film, in which Lukman plays the character Arjun and Drishya Raghunath plays the heroine Anu. The film, which is set in the romantic comedy family genre, tells a different family story and also presents beautiful love moments to the audience. The plot of the film is the events in the life of a young man who goes to college 6 years after completing Plus Two. This 6-year gap is what drives the film and the character Arjun played by Lukman forward.
Lukman Avaran, known as Lukman Lukku, has already acted in more than 20 films. Luqman, the son of Kolatikal Avaran and Halima, from Changaramkulam in Malappuram, has graduated in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the Royal College of Engineering and Technology. Luqman’s acting career began with the short film ‘Kittuvo’, which was released in 2013. He then made his debut in the film ‘Dayom Pantrandam’, written by Harshad P.K. and Muhsin Parari.

The film that gave Lukman a career break was Tallumala, in which he played another major role alongside Tovino Thomas.
Lukman’s last film to hit the theaters was Alappuzha Gymkhana, directed by Khalid Rahman. Lukman also received a good audience response for his performance in the film. Lukman trained in boxing and weightlifting for six months for the film. Without the usual ‘hero’ look or body language, Lukman appeared as a neighbor, which made Corona Dhawan’s film very popular with the audience. The casual romantic chemistry with the heroine of Perumani’s film made Lukman stand out in that film.
Anjakkallakokkaan was a film in which Lukman gave a shocking performance as a fearsome policeman named Vasudevan. Lukman is growing day by day as an excellent actor who handles even trivial roles with clarity. Lukman has also received the Prem Nazir Samskara Sahitya Award and the Kerala Film Critics Association’s Special Jury Award. Apart from acting, he has also worked as a cinematographer in the English film From Freetown TL in 2016.
