After the mass action thriller film ‘Marco‘, which was a super success in Kerala and abroad, the pooja ceremonies of the cosmic film ‘Kattaalan’, produced by Sharif Mohammed under the banner of Cubes Entertainments, were held.
The pooja of the film was performed in a grand and grand ceremony held in Kochi. This is the first time in the history of Malayalam cinema that producer Sharif Mohammed has performed the pooja of a film with such grand ceremonies.
It was noteworthy that the ceremonies were held with the accompaniment of an elephant named Chirakkal Kalidasan, who has appeared in films including Baahubali and has gained attention all over India. Along with this, a huge line of luxury cars and motorcycles was also present at the ceremony, which added to the attractiveness of the pooja event.
It was also noteworthy that the presentation of the pooja ceremony was related to the plot of the film. Prominent stars and technicians of the film had arrived in Kochi to witness this grand ceremony. A huge star cast including Antony Varghese, Kabir Duhan Singh, Rajisha Vijayan, Hanan Shah, Jagadish, Siddique and Parth Tiwari attended the Brahmanda Pooja ceremony of the film.
Reportedly, ‘Kaattalan’, which is being presented as a pan-Indian film, is being presented on a Brahmanda canvas with a budget of around forty-five crore rupees. The title look poster of the action thriller film had gone viral on social media.
The film is directed by debutant Paul George. Kannada music director B Ajaneesh Loknath, who became a sensation in South India with films like Kanthara and Maharaja, is composing the music for the film. Cubes Entertainments, which brought in KGF fame Ravi Basrur as the music director for its first film Marco, is bringing another big South Indian music director to Malayalam with its second film Kattalan.
Cubes Entertainments has brought in the IdentLabs team, which has designed the titles of pan-Indian films like Jailer, Leo, Jawan, and Coolie, to design the title of Kattalan. The film, starring Rajisha Vijayan in the lead role, also features Telugu star Sunil, Kabirduhan Singh, who made his debut in Malayalam with Marco, vlogger and singer Hananshah, rapper Baby Jean, Telugu star Raj Tirandusu, and Malayalam stars Jagadish and Siddique.
The dialogues for the film are written by Unni R, the world-famous Kecha Kembakdi, who has done action for blockbusters like Ponniyan Selvan Part 1, Baahubali – 2, Jawan, Baaghi – 2, Ongbak 2.
