Sajeev Pazhoor, who won the National Film Award for Best Screenplay and the Kerala State Film Award for Best Screenplay for the critically acclaimed Malayalam film Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, returns with another socially relevant story.
The film has already received recognition even before its theatrical release, winning the Best Screenplay Award at the 16th Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival.

Story Set Against the Backdrop of Rameswaram
The narrative is set in Rameswaram and was filmed across 56 locations in Rameswaram, Chennai, Puducherry, and Kochi. Principal photography was completed over three shooting schedules.
