Devika Nambiar Replaced Archana Nair as Thulasi in Rakkuyil Serial – Mazhavil Manorama Changed Telecast Time to 8:00 PM

Devika Nambiar joined the Mazhavil Manorama serial Rakkuyil as Thulasi, replacing Archana Nair, who played the central character during the first 60 episodes. Along with the cast change, Mazhavil Manorama also shifted the telecast of Rakkuyil to the 8:00 PM time slot.

The Malayalam family drama was directed by Manu Sudhakaran, written by Murali Nellanadu and produced by Biju Praveen under the banner Real Studio. Episodes of Rakkuyil are now available for streaming on ManoramaMax.

Archana Nair originally played Thulasi when Rakkuyil was launched on Mazhavil Manorama. She continued in the central role for approximately 60 episodes before being replaced by Devika Nambiar.

As part of changes to the Mazhavil Manorama programming schedule, Rakkuyil moved to 8:00 PM, with a repeat telecast scheduled at 10:00 AM.

At the time, other Malayalam fiction shows in the channel’s lineup included Jeevitha Nouka, Hridayam Snehasandram, Manjil Virinja Poovu and Naamam Japikkunna Veedu.

The serial had crossed more than 60 episodes when the cast and scheduling changes were introduced.
