“Cosmic Samson”, a film produced by Sofia Paul under the banner of Weekend Blockbusters and Manuel Cruz Darwin under the banner of D Group, starring young star Sandeep Pradeep, began with pooja ceremonies. The stars and crew of the film participated in the pooja ceremony held at the Anchumana Temple. The film, which was switched on by director Jis Joy, was first clapped by Anwar Rasheed. The regular shooting of this film, written and directed by Abhijit Joseph, who is known for the film “John Luther“, will begin on December 14. Co-writer – Abhikersh Vasanth. Weekend Blockbusters, owned by Sophia Paul, is a production company that has delivered many big hits including X, Munthiri Vallikal Thalirkkumbol, and Bangalore Days. This is also the tenth film they are producing.

The film is planned to hit the theatres by mid-2026. Mukesh, Miya George, Altaf Salim, Alphonse Putran, Anuraj OB and a few newcomers are among the other stars in the film. ‘Cosmic Samson’ is also the film in which Sandeep Pradeep will be playing the lead role after the super hits Patakalam and Echo. After Minnal Murali, Hollywood action director Vlad Rimberg is making his Malayalam debut with this film. The film will be released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada languages.
