Flowers TV is set to launch the new Malayalam television serial Sithara on Monday, October 5, 2026. The upcoming family drama will air from Monday to Friday at 9:00 PM IST, bringing Gowri Krishnan and Mridula Vijay together in prominent roles.
Shiju Aroor is the director of Sithara. The serial features a large cast that includes Gowri Krishnan, Mridula Vijay, Yavanika Gopalakrishnan, Niveditha, Sreenadh, Adithyan, Anjana and Sreekutty, among others.

The launch of Sithara also brings changes to the Flowers TV weekday evening schedule. Sukhamo Devi will shift to the 6:30 PM slot, while Uppum Mulakum will move to 6:00 PM.

Gowri Krishnan Returns to Flowers TV With Sithara
Gowri Krishnan is one of the prominent faces in the cast of Sithara. Malayalam television viewers have seen the actress across serials aired on several leading channels.
One of her earlier television appearances was Aniyathi on Mazhavil Manorama, in which she played the character Gowri. The serial also featured Meera Muralidharan, Rizabawa, Reena and Shaji Thilakan.
Gowri Krishnan later appeared in Kana Kanmani on Asianet alongside Sanjay Kumar, Dilsha Prasannan, Balaji and Anila Sreekumar. Uppum Mulakum will shift to 6:00 PM, while Sukhamo Devi will move to 6:30 PM. The new serial Sithara will occupy the weekday 9:00 PM slot from October 5, 2026.
