The wait is over for Bigg Boss Agnipariksha Malayalam Season 1, with the commoner selection process starting on 15 August 2026. A total of 40 contestants have entered the selection stage, competing for an opportunity to progress through the Bigg Boss Malayalam commoner selection process.
Host Reneesha Rehman revealed that more than 10,000 people applied to participate in Bigg Boss Agnipariksha. From the selection process, 30 contestants entered through auditions, while another 10 secured their places through two Fast Track entry routes.

How the 40 Contestants Were Selected
The 40 Bigg Boss Agnipariksha contestants reached the selection stage through three routes: 30 contestants from the main auditions, 5 contestants through the MyG Future Fast Track Entry and 5 contestants through the White Gold Fast Track Entry.
