Bhama returns to Malayalam Cinema with Sumathi Valavu
Malayalam’s favorite actress Bhama, Sumathi Valavu was also the film in which she returned to Malayalam cinema after a gap of eight years. Bhama plays the character Malu in the film. Bhama, who entered Malayalam cinema as a child artist in the film Mantra Mothiram with director Shashi Shankar, has entered the Malayalam film industry as a heroine and has played excellent roles.
After a gap of 8 years, she is returning to Malayalam cinema with Sumathi Valavu, directed by director Shashi Shankar’s son Vishnu Shashi Shankar. Sumathi Valavu also received a collection of over one crore rupees yesterday, which was a working day. Many people from the film industry, including Prithviraj, S.N. Swamy, Vinayan, Padmakumar, M. Mohanan, Arun Gopi, Major Ravi, Raveendran, Venu Kunnapally, Badusha, and many others, congratulated Sumathi Valavu on social media and in person for its success, which collected over 12 crores in five days.
Sumathi Valavu is jointly produced by Sree Gokulam Gopalan’s Sree Gokulam Movies and Murali Kunnumpuram’s Waterman Films. Sumathi Valavu is directed by Vishnu Sasi Shankar and is scripted by Abhilash Pillai and music by Ranjin Raj. Dream Big Films, the distribution partner of Sree Gokulam Movies, is distributing the film in Kerala.
