Following the success of Thudakkam, Vismaya Mohanlal is set to headline another Malayalam movie. The new project is being produced by S Cube Films and will be directed by Arun Bose.
The makers announced the project as S Cube Films’ Production No. 03, with Vismaya Mohanlal in the lead. The announcement also marks the third film production from S Cube Films after Uyare and Janaki Jaane.
The yet-to-be-titled movie is produced by Shenuga, Shegna and Sherga, while Ratheena Suhas Sharfu is credited as the writer. The film is scheduled for 2027, with further details including its title, additional cast and release date expected to be announced later.

Vismaya Mohanlal After Thudakkam
The announcement follows Vismaya Mohanlal’s successful outing with Thudakkam, which established her as a leading presence in Malayalam cinema.
Thudakkam was directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, who co-wrote the screenplay with Akhil Krishna and Linish Nellikkal. The film was produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
The cast included Vismaya Mohanlal, Ashish Joe Antony, Bobby Kurian, Sai Kumar, Manoj K. Jayan, K. B. Ganesh Kumar, Miya George, Chippy Renjith, Kottayam Ramesh and Jaffar Idukki, with Mohanlal appearing in a special cameo.
Following its successful theatrical run and box-office performance, Thudakkam made its digital debut on JioHotstar, where the film is now available for streaming.
The new S Cube Films project therefore becomes one of the important upcoming films for Vismaya Mohanlal following Thudakkam.

S Cube Films subsequently produced Janaki Jaane, written and directed by Aneesh Upasana.
The film featured Navya Nair in the title role alongside Saiju Kurup, Sharaf U Dheen, Anarkali Marikar, Johny Antony, Kottayam Nazeer, George Kora, Sminu Sijo, Pramod Veliyanadu and James Eliya.
S Cube Films’ Third Production With Vismaya Mohanlal
The collaboration with Vismaya Mohanlal and Arun Bose is the third production from S Cube Films. With Vismaya returning to the screen following the success of Thudakkam, the announcement brings together the young actor with a new director and production team for a film scheduled for 2027.
