‘The Pet Detective’, produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies and Sharafuddin under the banner of Sharafuddin Productions, has been released. It is directed by debutant Praneesh Vijayan. The film, which can be seen in a fun mood, tells the story of Jose Alula, a detective in Mexico, Jose Alula’s son Tony, and Mexican underworld leader Peter Math Sampai. The film, which progresses with love and some comedy sequences in between, also goes on a crime investigation track.
Anupama Parameswaran, who played the lead character Kaikeyi in the film, has a remarkable performance. Vinay Fort also played an important role as SI Raja. Dilraj, played by Vijayaraghavan, is undoubtedly the most different character in his career. Renji Panicker’s character Alula proves that not only the masses but also comedy can be well-received. Malaparvathy, Bhagat Manuel, Nishant Sagar, Vinayakan, Jomon Jyotir, Shobi Thilakan, Sanju, and Nilin Sandra also did their roles well. Produced by the hero Sharafudheen himself under the banner of Sharafudheen Productions, this film is aimed at family audiences and children. The film tells the story in a humorous and thrilling way.

The film’s script is written by director Praneesh Vijayan and Jai Vishnu. Anand C. Chandran is the cinematographer of the film. Abhinav Sundar Nayak is the editor of the film. The fight scenes composed by Kalai Kingson are also excellent. Rajesh Murukesan, who composed the background music, deserves special mention.
