Dharma Productions Enters Malayalam Cinema with Odiyan: The Age of Illusion
One of India’s leading film production houses, Dharma Productions, is making its entry into Malayalam cinema with the ambitious new project Odiyan: The Age of Illusion. The film is being produced in association with Prithviraj Productions and marks the first Malayalam venture for Dharma Productions.
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Rahul Sadasivan, the project brings together an impressive team both in front of and behind the camera. Actors Prithviraj Sukumaran and Manju Warrier will play the lead roles in the film, which is set against the backdrop of nineteenth-century Kerala and draws inspiration from local myths, legends, and folklore.
