Moonwalk OTT Release Date
Moonwalk, inspired by the iconic dance form that captivated youth in the 1980s, will be streaming on JioHotstar from July 8.Directed by Vinod A K, who also co-wrote the script with Mathew Varghese and Sunil Gopalakrishnan, the film is produced by Listin Stephen and Jasni Ahmed under the banners of Magic Frames and Firewood Shows.

The film features a cast with key roles portrayed by Siby Kuttappan, Anunath, Rishi Kainikkara, Siddharth B, Sujith Prabhakar, Appu Ashray, Nainita Maria, and Meenakshi Raveendran.The film’s visual storytelling is brought to life through the lens of Ansar Shah, while the editing duo, Deepu Joseph and Kiran Das, shape the narrative. The film’s original score, composed by Prashant Pillai, adds rhythm to the storytelling.
Moonwalk tells the story of a group of friends from the 1980s, who are inspired by Michael Jackson’s dance style and attempt to recreate his moves, capturing the spirit of youth, dreams, and transformation during that era. The film will be available for streaming on JioHotstar from July 8 in five languages including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, ensuring wide accessibility across regions.
