Kerala Ticket Booking of Latest Dulquer Salmaan Movie Kaantha Started Now
Ticket bookings for Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Kaantha‘ have begun in Kerala. The film will release globally on November 14. Tickets for the film can now be booked in advance through online ticket booking apps like Book My Show, Ticket New and District. Written and directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, the film is produced by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films and Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media. Dulquer Salmaan, Jom Varghese, Rana Daggubati and Prashanth Potluri are the producers of the film. The film is being brought to Kerala by Wayfarer Films.
The trailer of the film, which was released in Tamil and Telugu, received a great response from the audience. The trailer gave an indication that Dulquer Salmaan will have one of the best performances in his career in this film. Dulquer Salmaan plays the role of actor TK Mahadevan, also known as Nadigup Chakravarthy. The story of “Kaantha” is set in the backdrop of Madras in the 1950s. Apart from Dulquer Salmaan, Samuthirakani, Bhagyashree Borse, Rana Daggubati, Ravindra Vijay, Bhagavathy Perumal and Nizhalkal Ravi play other crucial roles in the film. Dulquer’s performance in the film was highly praised by his co-stars Rana Daggubati and Samuthirakani.
While Samuthirakani plays the role of a director named Ayyya, Rana Daggubati plays a police officer in the film. The name of the heroine played by Bhagyashree Borse is Kumari. The film is said to revolve around ego, revenge and emotional conflict between the characters played by Dulquer Salmaan and Samuthirakani. Selvamani Selvaraj, the director of Kantha, is a Tamil director who gained attention for his work on the Netflix documentary series “The Hunt for Veerappan“. ‘Kaantha’ is the first foreign language film produced by Wayfarer Films, which has produced a handful of excellent films in Malayalam. The film, which was made in Tamil, will also be released in Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi.
