Mounted on a grand scale, Fauzi is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and marks the first collaboration between Prabhas, Hanu Raghavapudi, and the production house. The film is presented by Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar under the T-Series Films banner.
