Bha Bha Ba Movie Collection Reports and Extra Show Count
‘Bha.Bha.Ba’, starring Dileep in the lead, produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies, has a huge global opening. The film has collected a global gross collection of Rs 15 crore 64 lakh on the first day. The film, which collected Rs 7 crore 32 lakh on the first day from Kerala, has earned the second highest opening day gross in the history of Malayalam cinema at the Kerala box office. The film, which has the biggest Kerala/global opening of Dileep’s career, continues to receive a great audience response.

In Kerala alone, the film played more than 250 extra shows after 11 pm on the first day. More than 1.80 lakh tickets were sold for the film on the first day through the Book My Show app alone. Directed by debutant Dhananjay Shankar, the film also features Vineeth Sreenivasan and Dhyan Sreenivasan in crucial roles along with Dileep. Produced by Gokulam Gopalan and Krishnamoorthy under the banner of Gokulam Productions, the film is co-produced by Baiju Gopalan and V.C. Praveen.
All the shows of the film Bha Bha Ba, which played on the first day in six big screens, including Ernakulam Kavitha and Kottayam Abhilash, which are big capacity theaters in Kerala, were housefull. The extra shows played in all these screens at midnight were also full. The film was screened on 3 screens, including the extra shows, to full audiences, as it was not possible to control the crowd in Kottayam city itself. The second show was housefull in Kottayam Abhilash, Anand and Anupama, and later a second show was added to the film at Anaswara Theater. All six shows, including the extra show of the film, were housefull on the first day in Thrissur Raga.
The film, which had played more than 600 houseful shows in Kerala by 7 pm on the first day, had already crossed the 7 crore Kerala gross even before the extra shows started. This huge opening, despite the low screenings at major centers due to the Kerala International Film Festival being held in Thiruvananthapuram, is a testament to the great reception given to the film by the public. The film’s shows began in foreign countries including the Gulf from yesterday evening. Due to this, the total collection has decreased by at least 3 lakh dollars.
The film is trending on Book My Show on the second day of its release. The audience unanimously comments that the film is a grand comeback for popular hero Dileep. In addition, the mega mass performance of Malayalam great actor Mohanlal, who appeared in a guest role, in the second half is touching the hearts of fans and movie lovers. The interval clashes, climax, and Azhinjattam song of the film are literally making the theaters full. The film is made as a complete mass masala family entertainer that combines action, comedy, spoof elements, emotion, songs, and dance. Vineeth Sreenivasan and Dhyan Sreenivasan are also winning applause with their magnificent performances.
