Asianet had started showing the Promo of their East and Vishu 2016 special premier films. Block buster movie Premam is the highlight of Asianet for Vishu 2016. Premam is a joint purchase and we can watch the premier show of this movie on both Asianet and Kairali TV. time of telecast for premam on Asianet and Kairali TV not fixed yet. Kunjiramayanam is another premier films for Asianet, we can expect this movie on Vishu day 2016. Rani Padmini and Female Unnikrishnan are the other films of Asianet for the festive season.

Asianet is the first channel to air their easter and vishu 2016 films. Soon surya tv, flowers tv, mazhavil manorama and kairali tv will air the promo of vishu 2016 and easter movies. There is no premier films for Kairali on Easter Day 2016, they are repeating Oru Vadakkan Selfie and Oru Vadakkan Selfi, Pokkiriraja and Loham. Surya TV Holding lot of latest movie rights, we can expect some latest super hit films on surya tv. Amar akbar antony, Anarkkali, Double Barrel, Nirnnayakam etc are some of the expectations. Surya Tv is struggling at 5th positions and they need to improve their performance. Along with Premam on Kairali TV, there are 2 small malayalam films also for vishu 2016.
