Aadu 2 movie television rights bagged by Asianet, it’s the sequel to the 2015 film Aadu, which failed to impress box office. This is the first time in the history of malayalam , sequel for a flop film. Aadu released on 22 December 2017 and running successfully all over. It’s written and directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, Produced by Vijay Babu under the banner of Friday Film House. Jayasurya played the role of Shaji Pappan, Punyalan private limited is another recent film by Jayasurya.

Friday Film House movies normally purchased by Asianet, but Ankamali Diaries sold to Amrita TV. Now there is a twist happen in aadu part 2 movie satellite rights. Jayasurya, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Saiju Kurup, Vineeth Mohan, Bhagath Manuel, Vijay Babu, Vinayakan, Aju Varghese are in the main star cast of this film. Vinayakan as Damodaran Unnimakan Delmen Edakochi aka Dude is doing an important character in this film.
