Varsham is written and directed by Renjith Shankar, This is his first movie with Mammootty. Renjith Shankar’s Latest Release was Punyalan Agarbathis and its a super hit movie. Mammootty is after the block buster film Rajadhi Raja. Varsham is Produced by Mammootty under the banner Playhouse Motion Pictures.

Mammootty is playing the lead role in Varsham movie, he is playing the role of Venu. Asha Sarath is doing the female lead , she is playing the character Nandini.
