Before its launch, Flowers TV was announced as one of the new entrants in the Malayalam television market. Early reports suggested that an existing television project associated with the name Janapriya Channel may have been reintroduced under the Flowers brand.

Available as a Free-to-Air (FTA) service, 24 News is carried by major cable television operators and DTH platforms across India, making it widely accessible to Malayalam-speaking audiences.
