Latest Premiers for Xmas Celebrations – Asianet Christmas Movies 2018

Asianet uploaded promos of Xmas premiers, Captain, Poomaram, Kaala, Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri and Aravindante Athidhikal are in the list. Renam and Koode not included in the list, asianet holding the satellite rights of those Prithviraj films. all these films are scheduled for Onam, but they cancelled them due to 2018 kerala flood. Captain is jointly purchased by Asianet and Kairali TV, We have updated Xmas premiers of Kairali TV in our previous Post. We will soon update about Surya TV, Mazhavil manorama films for Xmas, Aadi is the premier of Amrita TV.

Kaala Movie premier Asianet

Star vijay bagged the telecast rights, they premiered it’s original version few weeks back. Asianet may air the malayalam dubbed version of kaala for Christmas. We have no idea about the telecast timing of the film, It’s Directed by Pa. Ranjith after Kabali. Rajinikanth as Karikaalan Kaala and Nana Patekar as Haridev Abhayankar played lead roles of the film. Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Samuthirakani, Anjali Patil , Nitish Veera , Dileepan etc in supporting star cast of the film. Kaala received positive reviews, did average business at box office.

Schedule of Asianet for Xmas

Captain, Poomaram, Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri and Aravindante Athidhikal are the other Asianet Christmas Movies 2018 films. Jayasurya and Anu sithrara are in leads roles for Captain movie, it’s based on real life of VP Sathyan, former captain of the Indian national football team. Vineeth sreenivasan starring Aravindante Athidhikal is another film added in the promo. It’s directed by M Mohanan and did good business at box office. Asianet holding the satellite rights and bringing it for festival season. Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri is a one man show by Suraj Venjaramoodu set in the backdrop of Puttingal temple fire. Mithun Ramesh, Biju Sopanam, Srinda Arhaan etc are ins the supporting star cast.
