Idea Mathrubhumi Amrita Film Awards 2010

The Mathrubhumi Amrita Film Awards 2010 (MAFA) will be Malayalam Cinema’s first film awards function for the year 2010 which will be hosted in Marine Drive, Cochin in Jan, 2010

Coming together are two very respected media players:Mathrubhumi, one of India’s most circulated vernacular dailies alongwith their FM radio, ; and Amrita TV, the winner of maximum State Awards for TV Excellence among all TV channels in India(29 Awards in just 4 years since inception)

In the wake of the huge response to this collaborative awards function in 2009, which was the first time that Mathrubhumi and Amrita TV organised the joint awards event, it evinced lot of interest for participation among the non-regional film fraternity outside Kerala

The Entertainment and Awards event will be dominated by performers,celebrities,award winners from Bollywood, Mollywood and Tollywood
